[translation] 140903 mora interview

--First Time is such a fun up-tempo song.
B: Yes it's a trendy electro tune. It reminded me of Zedd and Avicii on my first listen.

--How was it singing this song?
B: Most of the songs in the album have lots of chorus but First Time is the only song with no chorus. Since it uses auto-tune, the recording process is the most simple of them all.

*skip about the message in the song*

--What's your recent first experience?
B:I'm learning how to use "Logic Pro X". I've been using the previous version (ver.9) but with X, all the keyboard shortcuts have changed. A little while ago, I had a study session with music producer Jeff Miyahara. LOL

--Jeff taught you?
B:Nope he's never used X but he kindly downloaded the software to his own PC and we searched for tutorial videos on youtube together. LOL One more thing, it can be seen in First Time MV too, I've recently cooked in the studio for the first time. It was Quesdilla. Usually we'd call for delivery or buy bento(lunch box). It's a rare experience to buy ingredients and cook ourselves.

--Your no makeup face can be seen in the MV
B:ahaha no-makeup BoA and ready-for-jacketshoot makeup BoA. Both can be seen in the MV so please enjoy the one you like. LOL

--7 singles included in the album. Which one is the most special/impressive to you?
(*you know the answer right? LOL)

--What about the B-sides?
B:I love Call my name. It's awkward to say so myself but I think my mid and low tone voice has more charm than my high tone voice. And this song portrays that very well.

--What about the MVs?
B: Tail of Hope is the one I have not a very good memory with. (*and you know why LOL *skip*)

--What kind of image is the choreography for Masayume Chasing?
B: The staff requested for me to dance in high heels so I requested to Nakasone-san (Rino) for a catchy choreo instead of a hard dance. Shout It Out's choreo is powerful and smooth, but MC choreo is cute. I've always hoped for a cute choreo. LOL It was fun.

--FUN is a fun disco song perfect to go wild with in live concert.
B: Yes it's perfect for the last part of the concert. And the "nanananana" part in MC is so catchy I think the audience would sing along in the concert. Oh right. The First Time MV idea came up when I was recording FUN. It was recorded in Korea with another song back to back so we were too much in a hurry, that recording session wasn't so much fun. LOL
