-- The new song 'MASAYUME CHASING' is up-tempo and has colorful cd cover.
"Since it's summer now, I want the refreshing image. The song itself is also refreshing so I put on cute and also adult-ish expressions."

-- Any self composed/written song in the new album?
"It's not included in the new album but the new single is likely gonna be my self-composed/written song. It has a drama-tieup, so please look forward to it."

-- How do you choose to compose ballad or rhythmic songs?
"It depends on the seasons. Now it's hot and rainy, so I'd prefer fun and energetic songs!"

-- When do you compose songs?
"I'd play first (LOL). Like driving to the mountain. It's the truth. I wrote the song 'FLY' in 20 mins after coming back from the sea. If I'm forced to write then I can't. I've tried it before and it didn't work for me. So I go to places like mountains, refresh myself, look at nice things, and come back. Music would sound totally different then.

-- What inspires your sound?
"The music I listened to since young was a big influence. I liked R&B. Well I think it's important to listen to and try various genres. Song creation depends on one's own sense but certainly the various sound and type of music you've listened to plays a big part too. For me, I like MJ the best.

-- Here's message from NAPPYTABS
We absolutely adore BoA!! She is so talented and such a hard worker. She had to learn 3 different styles of dance, not to mention Taiko Drumming and acting. We applauded her hard work and dedication but in all honesty without all the talent she possesses it would have been impossible to pull off. BoA made choreographing the film such a pleasure —— message from Tabitha and Napoleon D’umo (NAPPYTABS)

"Wow they've written all the nice things. I'm so happy. They're a really beautiful couple. I went to the film premiere in April, and was surprised the two have become three. Their baby is already 2 or 3 years old. I'm glad to meet people with such a nice way of living through works."

-- Any costume, stage you'd like to try in the upcoming tour?
"I'm the type that can come up with ideas when the time is almost up.  So perhaps, I need my staffs to rush me first (LOL). But instead of trying to think alone, it's better to brainstorm with staffs. Ideas are fresher and results are better.

-- How's the energy you receive from audience in Korea, Japan, America and Taiwan different?
"I think the feelings towards live concerts are the same in every country. But since I haven't done concerts in Japan for a while, I'm looking forward to see if the audience have changed or not. There are fanclub-members who met, married and take their child to my concerts. Maybe the kid is already in elementary school."

-- Did you go see other artists' concerts?
"Recently, I went to see Bruno Mars in Korea. It was fantastic. I was very impressed. I also wanted to go to Paul McCartney's concert but it was cancelled in Japan too. It was disappointing."

-- What movie did you see and feel impressed recently?
"Scarlet Johansson's her, Tom Cruise's Edge of Tomorrow, and X-MEN:Future&past. Edge of Tomorrow and X-MEN are totally cool! I didn't really like Avengers and didn't know who's who in X-MEN but when I went to see it, I found the story solid and enjoyed the movie very much. I thought 'wow, the world has advanced this much'. For 'her', I guess in a few years the world might become like in the movie. It's in the future alright, but a very near future I feel."

-- Shop you went to recently?
"I mostly like Japan's own brands like TOGA, UNIQLO (LOL), Sister, CANDY. CANDY's T-shirt has a pretty hard image. I love matching it with simple denim.

-- What's your styling hint?
"What could it be? When I have no schedule, I either work or go to the gym so I dress comfortably (LOL). I tend to pick clothes that are easy to move around and with a little sense (LOL). I don't like girly style so I'd intentionally wear mannish style.

-- Item used frequently?
"Sneakers. Balenciaga's. They were last year's but I love them!"

-- Your skin is really beautiful. What's your must item?
"I keep my skin moisted. I think it's different for everyone but for me, I use sheet-pack and apply moisture cream.

-- Later you'll guest on a variety program and perform on a-nation.
"Downtown has been nice to me since my debut. They're both kind so it's just plain fun guesting on their show. For concerts, I'm looking forward to meeting the audience in the future.
