Before BoA appearance, other hosts/guests were already in the middle of beans collecting competition. They introduced BoA as an elite employee from Seoul branch and BoA proved so by providing Tokyo Skytree trivia as soon as she arrived.

Then they moved to Skytree Town which is basically a shopping area and then Christmas Market where they sat down for a meal. BoA revealed her last trivia.

Everyone received one bean each here and it's BoA who won the most beans in the competition. LOL So as a bonus for winning, the host allowed BoA to say anything she wanted and of course BoA chose to promote her newest single "FLY" saying it's a song she wrote/composed herself. The host then proceeded to give BoA 5 more beans because she wrote/composed the song herself. LOL

BTW, the one with the least number of beans would be transferred to the Seoul branch as a punishment. LOL
