And Live Concert of BoA who appeared in the VOGUE Sep. issue on Sunday!
On the right is BoA's now on-sale album "WHO'S BACK?". It's really good ♡
The venue is NHK Hall in Shibuya.
Many BoA-chan's goods were on sale. There was a long line at the venue.
Since it's a concert after 4.5 years, everyone in the hall can't wait for it to start and keep shouting "BoA! BoA!". A guy (in his 20s) sitting 2 seats away from me keeps standing and waving BoA lightstick even before the concert starts. Diagonally in front of me, sat a grandma & a mother & a daughter. 3 generations together! As expected from an artist who recorded million sellers like "Listen to my heart", "VALENTI", and "Merikuri", to have such a wide spectrum of hard-core fans. And what's more? Not only Japanese fans, there're also fans from Korea (which is a given) and China too. I'm surprised! After taking my seat, I heard 2 girls (in their 20s I suppose) sitting behind me went "What to do? I'm probably going to cry~".
I've seen BoA-chan concerts several times so far, but I have to say, no flattery whatsoever, that yesterday concert is the best! BoA-chan was shining and enjoying. The audience was also in high spirits until the end. I will refrain from talking about the setlist since it'll be a spoiler to whose who are going to subsequent concerts. But I'll say every aspect was the strongest and the best, be in song selection, direction and of course, the performance!!! Especially the medley part direction!!! Made me want to go to karaoke right after the concert〜♡
The tour starts in Tokyo, the following is Nagoya (September 14), Osaka (September 20) and Fukuoka (September 23).

But really ~ it's a shame yesterday was the last concert in Tokyo leg. ~
I think that there are many ways to enjoy a concert, but the moment you hear a song, it'll take your heart to the time and place you'd listened to it before. I love this magical power of music. While I really like BoA-chan's recent songs like "MASAYUME CHASING" and "Only One", I also like "No.1" very much. It's been looping in my head since morning and somehow renders me very happy. (laughs).
The new song in "WHO'S BACK?" called "First Time" is also a very happy song. I like it a lot. Time flies and each day passes by very fast. But let's cherish our "first" impression/excitement in everything we encounter. I think BoA's feeling of living to the fullest is filled to the brim in this song.
